Lektion : Your Brain on Video Games - Written Production

The purpose of this task is to have students further develop, through the use of language in functional and meaningful contexts, their all-round communicative skills. The students will produce an argumentative paper on the topic of digital games.

Initially, an introductory viewing and discussion of video games from the students’ perspectives and experiences, as well as in connection to the TED-talk ​"Your Brain on Video Games​". Subsequently: writing lessons, communication of task and assessment criterion. The students will also engage in peer-reviewing each other. The task culminates into a written argumentative paper, and reflection upon their writing abilities.
