This powerpoint introduces an interesting and more uncommon area in theoretical linguistics than for example grammar or phonetics.

Along with the presentation is a two-page exercise sheet used to further understand the different common uses of lexical semantics such as:

Synonymy, Antonymy, Taxonomy, Hyponymy and Onomatopoeic words.

This lesson plan is best used in English C (maybe B) as a sound understanding of the English language is needed.
